The stage is set for the 66th running of the Mobil 1 Twelve Hours of Sebring presented by Advance Auto Parts, March 14-17. America’s oldest sports car endurance race will attract a record entry of manufacturers and one of the most exciting driver lineups ever to tackle the famed 3.74-mile circuit that originated from a WWII B-17 combat crew training base.

A grid of 43 cars representing three different classes will be on the starting line when the green flag is waved at 10:40 am on Saturday, March 17th. Sebring is the second round of the prestigious IMSA WeatherTech SportsCar Championship.

Tickets and reserved trackside parking are still available, but very limited. Call 800.626.7223 for details.

The Prototype class will feature four Daytona Prototype International (DPi) manufacturers: Cadillac, Nissan, Mazda and the new Team Penske Acura entry with an all star drive lineup that includes Juan Pablo Montoya, Helio Castroneves, Graham Rahal and Ricky Taylor. The Mazda program will be managed by Joest Racing in 2018, the same team that orchestrated 10 Sebring wins for Audi.

The GT classes will be equally competitive with Corvette going for its fourth straight GTLM win against Ford, Porsche, BMW and Ferrari in this tough category.  Manufacturers represented in the GTD class include Audi, Lamborghini, Acura, Lexus, Ferrari, Porsche and defending Sebring champion Mercedes-AMG.

As usual, Sebring’s race week will feature a full slate of on track events, fan events and an exciting Midway of entertainment, food and manufacturer displays. A highlight will be a concert by country music star Craig Morgan on Friday night, which is included with the price of a race ticket.

If you have never attended Sebring, you are in for a treat as Sebring is among the world’s most fan-friendly tracks. All fans have access to the Alan Jay paddock where the teams are located, and the 450+ acre facility features a wide variety of viewing, camping and parking options. And remember, children 12 and under are admitted free at Sebring, making the 12-hour classic a great event for the entire family.

Sebring International Raceway's central location makes it an easy drive from either Florida coast.  Located adjacent to Sebring Regional Airport, three miles east of US 27, Sebring is less than two hours from Tampa, Orlando, West Palm Beach, Naples and Sarasota/Bradenton. Miami is only three hours from Sebring on four-lane US 27.

Gates open at Sebring on Wednesday, March 14, and remain open 24 Hours a day through Saturday. For more information visit sebringraceway.com and be sure to follow us on Facebook, Twitter and Instagram for all the latest Sebring news.
